Hubbell Land Development has submitted a final plat for the subdivision of 43.82 acres into 71 lots for single-family homes, two unbuildable outlots, one public parkland lot, and one public street lot. The subject property is located north of Little Beaver Creek and east of the terminus of NW 82nd Avenue.
Johnston City Council approved this action item on November 28, 2022.
