The project is located west of NW 86th Street and north of Crescent Chase adjacent to the Crescent Chase Apartments and Stonepointe Townhomes. This drainage was extended westerly to approximately NW 94th Street and includes a number of developed areas and areas which have yet to develop, including Windsor Office Park. The entire drainage way is experiencing erosion and the resulting silt is causing issues downstream. The proposed project would be the construction of best management practices and other improvements which would control the flow of this channel and include improvements necessary to reduce the silt and debris from continuing downstream, including bank stabilization.
